Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) is a trade that regulates export-import using cargo, aircraft, ships, trains, trucks, and others. In the C-TPAT program Indonesia together with Bangladesh, Pakistan, Malaysia and the Philippines are classified as High Risk Country or countries that have a high tendency towards terrorism. There is not enough clear information regarding the standard assessment of the United States of America against Indonesia as a country with a High Risk Country class. The United States Government requires several buyers who import goods from countries that are included in the High Risk Country, to ensure that factories or export-import companies in these countries qualify as companies that have good C-TPAT programs and pass C-TPAT system standard certification from the Certification Body.
